The second day, Shakara woke up. She put on her dress and jumped downstairs. She ate toast on berries. After she finished, she went to the the ocean. Suddenly, she saw a mermaid with a pink and blue tail. The mermaid was trapped! Shakara went and helped the mermaid.
“Thank you!” the mermaid said.
“What is your name?” Shakara asked. “My name is Shakara.”
“I’m Shakala,” the mermaid answered. “Do you want to go to my world?”
“Of course!” exclaimed Shakara excitedly.
Shakara put on her mermaid snorkel set and swam with Shakala.
“Do you want to stay with me?” Shakala asked.
“Ok,” Shakara said. Then they went to a little sea house and wished each other sweet dreams and went to sleep.
